– Be where the customer is (inside the mall / in the villages / online world or wherever) for buying as well as servicing

– Sell what he / she wants and understands (without training!)

– Utilize Analytics in action (beyond reports) for selling and servicing right

– Trash the paper (this is the basis of 90% of issues) and simplify processes

– Reduce costs dramatically

– Make Turn Around Time Zero (when address can be changed online why harass?)

– Give error free service across channels (atleast test well)

– Enable Fintech to collaborate and innovate


Make banking simple, nimble, frugal
