Job Description:

Creating Digital/ Business Strategy/Growth Strategy; Digital Transformation Roadmap or build digital business models for Fintechs, NBFCs /Banks/Companies/Fintechs: These strategies or models require deep research as well as analysis to give long term strategy, which is a key expectation from the candidate.

Research and Execution: We work on various assignments and build reports which need deep-dive market research and build insights. The candidate will have to do research for a market study on various payment solutions or models and create insightful content.

Program Management: Candidate may need to work closely with customers to build digital business models or in the implementation of digital transformation programs.

Customer Relationship Management: Engage with customer and stakeholders, collate insights and build collaterals and deliverables, walkthrough deliverables with the customer

Social Media Engagement: As subject matter expert, engage in writing blogs, marketing collaterals on Digital Topics for social media, Websites

Pre-sales support: Work with the Sales team to conceptualize and build a proposed solution based on the customer problem statement

Candidate Profile:

  • 4 -8 years with experience in a Fintech or Digital team of Banks / Financial Institutions with MBA/BTECH
  • Understanding of Digital Technologies such as APIs, Automation, Mobility, AI/ML, cloud computing and worked on various digital use cases
  • Experienced in design and building new digital solutions across customer life cycle
  • Worked with management to build Digital/Business strategy
  • Has been responsible for implementation and launching of Digital Transformation initiatives including Omni Channel Framework, Customer facing mobility solutions
  • Working experience in building solutions/Products for Fintechs or integrated solutions with Fintechs
  • Understanding of compliance with local regulations on digital and providing guidance to technology team in driving compliance
  • Has been involved in new product initiatives boosting growth and vertical expansion and develop successful targeted marketing programs
  • Worked in close co-ordination with Technology, Business Account Managers and other stakeholders to drive payment strategy & roll out of Payment Products
  • Skilled leader, communicator, expert at Digital and ability to negotiate and close business

  • Understanding of various certification programs for PCI-DSS, VISA/Mastercard/Amercian Experess for payment solutions

  • Has been responsible to develop standard operating procedures for reconciliation & settlements, back-end operations, merchant support

Build Digital Lending Business models for various lending segments such as SME Lending, P2P Lending, Merchant Finance, Marketplace Lending, Captive Model, Invoice Discounting

Candidate Profile:

  • Worked on building various digital lending model such as SME Lending, Secured & unsecured Lending, P2P Lending etc
  • Understanding of Digital Technologies such as APIs, Automation, Mobility, AI/ML, cloud computing and worked on various digital use cases within Lending
  • Working experience in building lending models/solutions/Products for Fintechs or integrated models/solutions with Fintechs
  • Understanding of compliance with local regulations on lending and providing guidance to technology team in driving compliance
  • Has been involved in new product initiatives boosting growth and vertical expansion and develop successful targeted marketing programs

Academic qualification(s) required: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English literature, Journalism or PR

Exp.: 2-5 years’ experience in marketing communications
