The project was aimed to establish organization's Fintech-like strategy to establish lending capabilities in the accounting platform. The Digital Fifth conducted workshops, leveraging Indian Fintech proficiency, to help senior management envision diverse opportunities in MSME lending segment for their platform. Some of the conditions that have been listed by the team were:
- Support for defining GTM strategy
- Assistance in designing financial workflows in accounting software
- Establish required partnerships with lenders and enablers
- Guide on the compliances and security policies and practices to be followed
